Cocktail "lemonade with ice"

Lemonade, home-cooked, of course, will not be fizzy, but a homemade lemonade will be more fresh and natural taste. This recipe lemonade at home will allow you to make "blank" for a cocktail, which is well kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, and at any time can make a great drink, adding the remaining ingredients.


Products (for 6 servings)
Lemons - 6 pieces.
Fine sugar or powdered sugar - 225 g
Boiling water - 1,75 l
For each serving:
Lemon sorbet - 4 balls
Thin circles of lemon and lime
Crushed ice cubes - 3 pcs.



Wash well and dry lemons. Carefully and very finely cut the peel (not touching the white part). Put the zest in a heat-resistant bowl. Add the sugar. Separately, squeeze the juice from the lemons. Pour the boiling water, peel and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar. Cool and add the lemon juice. Strain the lemonade into a pitcher and refrigerate.
Pour into tall glasses (glasses) to 4 scoops of lemon sorbet and a few circles of lemon and lime (on the sides of a glass). Add the crushed ice. Top up with lemonade. Garnish with sprigs of mint drink and slices of lemon and lime.
