Fruit and ginger ale

Old English drink, served chilled with ice. Of course, you can make a cocktail from the juice of fresh apples and oranges, but the baked fruit with cloves make the drink taste better.

Products (4 servings)
Apple - 1 pc.
Orange - 1 piece.
Lemon - 1 pc.
Pink - 20 pcs.
A piece of fresh ginger (7.5 cm)
Light brown sugar - 30 g
Carbonated beverage «Bitter Lemon» - 375 ml




Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Stick the clove in lemon peel and orange. Apple incision around. Bake the vegetables in the oven for 25 minutes. Peel and mash into a puree apple, cut into four parts orange and lemon. Grate a piece of peeled ginger. Mix in a bowl of fruit, ginger and sugar. Add 300 ml of boiling water. Spoon mash the fruit. Cover and leave for an hour. Strain into a pitcher with crushed ice, squeezing the juice from the pulp with a spoon fruit. Add the sparkling water. Garnish drink with orange peels clove.
