Singapore Sling

The composition and proportion:          

Gin - 30 ml;
cherry liqueur - 15ml;
pineapple juice - 120 ml;
lime juice - 15 ml;
liqueur Benedictine - 10 ml;
liqueur Cointreau - 10 ml;
grenadine (pomegranate syrup) - 10 ml;
beater Angostura - 2-3 drops

Preparation:
1. Hurricane tall glass filled with ice.
2. All ingredients are added in a shaker with ice. Shaken vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
3. Pour the contents of the shaker into the glass by filtering the ice strainer (strainer).
To soften the bitter taste of gin, you can add 30-50 ml of soda or tonic (do not shake in a shaker and pour in just the top), then gently stir with a spoon.
4. Ready cocktail garnish with a slice of pineapple, cherry, or a sprig of mint.

5. Serve with a straw.
