Mango lassi ice


This cocktail is made based on yogurt, from where it will be a traditional Indian drink "lassi". Cocktail blends perfectly with the spicy food, and very refreshing at any time of day.


Products (4 servings)

Powdered sugar (fine sugar) - 175 g
Water - 150 ml
Lemons - 2.
Greek yogurt (fat) - 500 ml
Mango juice - 400 ml



Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan over moderate heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve sugar. Pour the syrup into a jug. Let cool, then refrigerate strongly. Grate the lemon and squeeze the juice. Add the lemon juice and zest to the cooled syrup and mix well.
Pour the syrup with lemon in a suitable container and place in the freezer. When the liquid thickens, stir in the yogurt and then freeze it (so that you can gain a spoon for ice cream).
For each serving, mix in a blender lassi 100 ml mango juice and 3 tablespoons of frozen yogurt with syrup. Pour the cocktail into a tall glass and add a few ice cubes. Top with a spoonful of frozen yogurt, garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of mango. Serve immediately drink.
